Azerbaijan: Summit To Be Held In November October 12, 2010 A summit between the leaders of the Caspian’s littoral states will be held Nov. 18 in Baku, Azerbaijan, Times.am reported Oct. 12, citing Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov. Khalafov spoke at the meeting of the littoral states’ deputy foreign ministers in Baku, where the text of the Caspian security agreement was discussed, Apa.az reported. The leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Iran will address the law status of the Caspian.
